Since the WFTGA Siracusa 2024 will take place in Ortigia, the old, more beautiful part of Siracusa, where streets are narrow, pleasant, and homey, hotels are not big and they respect the atmosphere of the surroundings. Participants will be able to choose between different possible accommodations, all similar in terms of distances, prices, and quality. Accommodations are situated in original buildings, restored to make you feel at home in a comforting environment.
The Convention offers a unique experience: for a week, you will live like a local!
How to book
During the online registration for WFTGA Siracusa 2024, you are also able to book accommodation in Siracusa.
In order to finalize the booking, you will be asked to provide Credit Card details, which will be used only as a guarantee of the reservation. The Convention secretariat will forward your booking request to the chosen hotel and once the availability is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation by email. Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel when checking out. Don’t forget that you will be asked to pay the city tax as well (0,50 € for 2-star hotels, 1 € for 3-star hotels, 2 € for 4-star hotels).

Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation received starting from 7 days prior to the date of arrival, you will be charged the cost of the first night on your credit card. Cancellations must be sent by email to convention2024@wftga.org.
